Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who values creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, seen, and understood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients can feel comfortable being themselves.

I have experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTG+, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and self-esteem concerns. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, empathetic, and collaborative. I work to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and build insight into patterns that may be impacting their well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe each person’s experiences and needs are unique, and I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I utilize evidence-based approaches and strengths-based techniques to help clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. My goal is to support clients in feeling empowered, understood, and capable of creating meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where they can share at their own comfort level. During our first meeting, we will discuss what brings them to therapy, explore their goals, and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and collaboration. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and supported while creating a space where they feel safe to be themselves. Together, we will begin identifying strengths, challenges, and meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.
