Great to meet you!

I’m Anna Tepedino a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Houston, Texas, offering bilingual (English/Spanish) therapy. I work with adults facing anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions, with a special focus on maternal mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in cultural responsiveness, emotional and physical well-being, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. I’m trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, including ERP, IFS, and DBT, and use an integrative approach to meet you where you are. Together, I trust we’ll find what fits best for your journey.

What you can expect from me

Change can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share what feels most important, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help clarify your goals. My aim is to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
