Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing evidence-based, insurance-accepted mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. I offer both psychotherapy and medication management, allowing for a comprehensive and integrated approach to mental health treatment.

My clinical work includes the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other psychiatric concerns. I believe effective treatment is highly individualized, and I work collaboratively with clients to develop care plans that align with their goals, preferences, and lived experiences.

I strive to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where clients of all ages feel heard and supported. Whether you are seeking therapy, medication management, or a combination of both, I am committed to providing compassionate care that supports long-term mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, holistic, and supportive, integrating therapeutic interventions with thoughtful medication management when appropriate. I place a strong emphasis on education and shared decision-making, ensuring clients feel informed and confident in their treatment choices.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your current concerns, symptoms, and any relevant mental health or medical history. You’re welcome to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric assessment and work with you to identify your goals for treatment. If appropriate, we may discuss therapy options, medication management, or a combination of both, using a collaborative and educational approach so you feel informed and involved in every decision.

By the end of the session, most clients leave with:

A clearer understanding of what may be contributing to their symptoms

An initial, individualized treatment plan

Clear next steps moving forward

My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very first visit, and confident that you are not navigating this alone.
