Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Annie. I know how heavy life can feel when anxiety, depression, or past/ongoing traumas keep pulling you down—or when relationships and big transitions leave you feeling lost. If you’re neurodivergent, you may also be tired of feeling misunderstood or pressured to “fit in.” In our work together, my goal is to offer a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Here, you can learn to understand your emotions with more compassion, heal from past hurts, and create relationships and a life that feel steady, authentic, and aligned with who you are. My holistic approach to therapy is integrative, utilizing various evidence-based modalities and behavioral therapies with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I value creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship, empowering you to take an active role in your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in my training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which is a structured and evidence-based modality designed to help individuals find ways to tolerate distress, regulate emotions, develop healthy coping tools, and strengthen their interpersonal relationships, while emphasizing the balance between acceptance and change. In addition to DBT, I tend to lean towards person centered, solution-focused and strength-based perspectives to support the treatment process.

What you can expect from me

In session, my goal is for you to feel safe, seen, and supported. I want you to know you don’t have to mask or explain away your feelings here—you can simply be yourself. Together, we’ll create space where your experiences are validated, your strengths are recognized, and you feel empowered to explore, heal, and move toward the life that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
