Great to meet you!

When depression, relationship challenges, major life transitions, or questions about purpose and meaning begin weighing heavily on you, it can feel difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults and seniors navigating depression, relationship issues, women's issues, trauma, and end of life concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling with loss, facing significant life changes, or searching for clarity during a season of uncertainty. Whether you're navigating changes in relationships, aging, caregiving responsibilities, grief, emotional pain, or questions about what comes next, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain perspective, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater confidence. My goal is to help you better understand your situation, reconnect with your strengths, and create a path toward greater peace, fulfillment, and emotional wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful growth begins with understanding the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that shape how we respond to life's challenges. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in helping clients gain clarity while developing realistic strategies for moving forward. I utilize Narrative Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral approaches, Strength Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, Gestalt Therapy, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing principles to support meaningful change and healing. Together, we may explore depression, relationship concerns, women's issues, trauma, substance use concerns, end of life issues, grief, life transitions, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. Therapy is tailored to your unique goals while helping you strengthen coping skills, gain insight into recurring patterns, improve relationships, and develop greater confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, encouraging, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and valued throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where honest conversations lead to greater understanding, emotional healing, and meaningful progress. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, increased resilience, greater self awareness, and a clearer sense of direction. Whether you're navigating depression, relationship challenges, trauma, end of life concerns, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and equipped to move forward with greater peace, confidence, and purpose.
