Great to meet you!

My approach is rooted in integrating Transforming Touch Somatic Therapy, Focusing (Inner Parts Work), and Expressive Arts. I believe that healing happens not just through insight but through felt experience, so we invite the body and sensations to speak to us in the therapy space. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and identity — and I have a particular specialization in supporting creatives, artists, musicians, and healing professionals. I'm LGBTQIA+-affirming and welcome clients across diverse gender identities, sexualities, and relationship structures including polyamory and ENM. I offer Ecotherapy in the East Bay (outdoor therapy) for those of us who prefer to be surrounded by nature for healing.

My approach to therapy

My clients have shared that in working together, they notice more regulation in their nervous systems, a tendency toward security and safety in themselves and in their relationships, and a felt-sense of groundedness after meeting. Somatics assist us in feeling safer in our bodies, inner parts work attends to different needs within, the arts mirror us, and nature is a bi-directional support system.

What you can expect from me

I center a strengths-based approach in our therapeutic relationship. I hold that my clients are not something to be fixed or changed, rather that wholeness already exists within. We practice cultivating this space of healing together. I look forward to collaborating and utilizing holistic approaches to support your rooting into your most authentic life.
