Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. My name is Antanet, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work and have built my career working in community mental health, crisis intervention, and clinical leadership.

In my practice, I focus on creating a safe, affirming space where clients can feel grounded, understood, and supported. I specialize in trauma-informed care and use approaches that honor each person’s unique story and strengths. Over the years, I’ve also held leadership roles where I’ve guided teams of social workers and clinicians, helped develop community programs, and supported the growth of future professionals in the field.

My work is driven by the belief that healing and change are possible when people are met with compassion, consistency, and collaboration. I look forward to walking alongside you as we work toward your goals together.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I view you as the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as an added support system, helping you uncover strengths, explore possibilities, and navigate challenges in a way that feels authentic to you.

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and centered on your needs. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, I draw from different therapeutic styles and tailor them to what works best for you. Clients often share that this allows them to feel both supported and empowered, with the freedom to guide the pace and direction of our work.

You can expect our sessions to provide a space where autonomy, empowerment, and belonging are prioritized. Together, we will create an environment where you feel safe to grow, heal, and build toward the life you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about your goals for therapy. We’ll also share expectations and see if we feel like a good fit for each other.

I like to think of finding a therapist as a little like finding a home. You want it to feel comfortable, supportive, and safe. These early sessions give us a chance to see how we connect and to start shaping what our work together will look like.
