Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and retired active-duty U.S. Air Force chaplain, I bring more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University in San Antonio. My practice focuses on helping clients who are facing challenges with stress, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, relational communications, men's issues, and questions related to life's meaning and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and culturally responsive, formed by my diverse experiences in Church ministry and my service in the U.S. military. I offer a warm, collaborative therapeutic style that honors your unique journey of healing and self-discovery. In our work together, I often draw from these evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Reality Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I’m committed to creating a supportive, collaborative space where you can safely explore your emotions, build resilience, and pursue meaningful personal growth. I’ll walk alongside you with empathy and a solid foundation in clinical mental health counseling.

I’m bilingual in English and Filipino (Tagalog), which helps me connect with and support a diverse range of clients.
