Great to meet you!

Life can often feel like a balancing act-trying to manage your relationships, your responsibilities, and your own internal world all at once. If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected from your partner, or at war with different parts of yourself, I'm here to help. Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage.

My approach is grounded in the belief that you already possess the strength needed to heal; sometimes, you just need a guide to help you uncover them. I work with adults and couples to create a safe space where we can explore what is holding you back. My style is interactive, honest, and strength-based. I don't just listen, I help you build a tool kit for navigating life's stressors.

I use an integrative mix of therapies tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're seeking individual growth or a stronger relationship, my goal is the same: to help you move from simply surviving to truly thriving.

I draw from evidence-based methods to help you regulate emotions, change unhelpful thoughts and integrate techniques to help you gain deeper self-awareness in the present moment. If you are coming in for a couples therapy, we will use a combination of therapeutic interventions to get to the root of your communication struggles and restore your connection.

You don't have to figure this out alone. Let's work together to clarify your goals and build the life and relationships you deserve.

My approach to therapy

Seeking support is a brave step, and as an integrative counselor specializing, an adult individuals and couples, my approach is customized and holistic. I blend structure with depth, offering both practical, evidence-based tools to help you manage anxiety and change unhelpful thought patterns, and deep internal work to foster self-acceptance and lasting inner peace. For couples, I use specialized relational methods to help you move beyond chronic conflict and rebuild a secure, loving connection. My style is warm, supportive and focused on uncovering and utilizing your inherent strength, ensuring you gain both powerful skills and profound inside to not just survive, but truly thriving in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a safe, welcoming space where we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you here. I'll ask questions about what's been happening in your life, what you're hoping to work on, and what matters most to you right now. This is also your opportunity to ask me anything-about my approach and how therapy works.

There's no pressure to share more than feels comfortable, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we can do in the future.
