Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or having a hard time moving forward after a difficult life event, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay in that place for long.

I specialize in helping people work through anxiety, trauma, and grief in a short term, focused, supportive way that doesn’t require years of therapy. Whether you’ve recently gone through a major life transition like the death of someone you cared about, divorce, a health scare, or career change, a traumatic event or you’ve been carrying the weight of a past traumatic experience for years, we can work together to help you process what’s been holding you back and create meaningful relief.

My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I use techniques like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), mindfulness, and Induced After-Death Communication to help your brain and body release stuck emotional patterns. These methods are designed to work efficiently, so you can begin to feel better sooner.

Because of this, our work together is typically short-term and goal-oriented. Most clients notice significant shifts within 5–12 sessions over a period of 3–6 months.

In addition to my clinical work, I’ve spent years exploring the deeper aspects of healing, including consciousness and the afterlife. I’ve produced three documentaries on these topics and host a podcast dedicated to expanding these conversations. I also founded a wellness studio where, for over 20 years, I’ve offered meditation, Reiki training, and sound healing experiences that continue to inform the grounded, holistic way I support my clients today. I'm a well-seasoned therapist and have been working with individuals since 2004.

My approach to therapy

I am a very proactive therapist who likes to provide clients fast relief to their symptoms so they can begin to feel like themselves again. I want you to take back your life and get back to feeling like yourself as soon as possible. I take a blended neurobiology, holistic and spiritual approach. I work with my clients on 3 levels, the mind, body and soul. I'd be a great fit for you if you are looking for short-term therapy.

People I serve on a regular basis: women going through life transitions, high-performance entrepreneurs, children of alcoholics, law enforcement, veterans, trauma survivors, and widows.

What you can expect from me

I like to provide clients with solution-focused sessions and resources they can use immediately to help their lives improve. We will use the intake session to determine if my style and shorter term therapy is appropriate for you given the informationi you provide.

I take a short-term, 5-12 session approach to give you immediate skills to get you through your current life challenge.

You are one choice away from a different life, always! The choice to enter therapy with me is the first step toward that new life. Virtual sessions available.
