Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Doctor of Social Work, and veteran with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. I am also a cancer survivor, which deepens my empathy and commitment to whole-person care. I offer a culturally responsive, trauma-informed space where clients feel seen, safe, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and evidence-based. I draw from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, SF (Solution-Focused Therapy), distress tolerance interventions, and mindfulness-based practices to tailor treatment to each person's goals, values, and lived experiences. I believe healing happens through connection, self-compassion, and actionable tools that support long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, emotional regulation strategies, and practical steps toward healing and personal growth. Whether navigating trauma, transitions, or day-to-day stress, you will feel supported in aligning your actions with your values and reclaiming your sense of purpose.
