Great to meet you!

I have almost 10 plus years of experience in private practice counseling and an overlapping 15 plus years in hospice care and grief counseling. I have a Master's in Science in Social Work and an undergraduate focus in Christian Ministries and Sociology. My areas of focus / interest include parenting issues, bi cultural or bi-racial marriages, career challenges, anxiety, caregiving and women's issues. I love looking at strengths and resources available to a client in order to help them solve or improve challenges.

My approach to therapy

I approach clients from a strengths perspective and typically engage with a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach. My style is relaxed, looking at as much of a full picture of one's life as possible. I
