Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist and social worker who supports teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and neurodivergence.

I'm crisis-trained, LGBTQIA-affirming, and bring both warmth and practicality to my work. I draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help my clients feel grounded, empowered, and in charge of their own story.

I earned my degrees at the University of Utah and completed my clinical training at Huntsman Mental Health Institute and the University of Utah Hospital, where I worked with clients working through complex physical and mental health conditions. I have particular experience working with depression, anxiety, Autism and ADHD, behavioral concerns, chronic mental health conditions, and clients facing self-harm or suicidal thoughts.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with the belief that people are doing the best they can with the tools they have—and that growth begins when we feel safe enough to imagine something different. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I integrate evidence-based practices with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and mindfulness. I aim to create space where clients feel seen and supported, while also gently challenging patterns that no longer serve them. I especially value helping people reconnect with their strengths, values, and identity—so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools to manage daily challenges, make meaningful progress toward their goals, and better understand their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. I help clients build insight while addressing unhelpful coping patterns, offering skills, psychoeducation, and resources tailored to their needs. When appropriate, I also provide thoughtful referrals and recommendations to support healing beyond the therapy room.
