Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore their feelings and experiences. My mission is to create a space where those who have felt overlooked can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Together, we can navigate life’s challenges—whether that includes stress, anxiety, body image concerns, or feeling stuck. I’m here to listen, support, and help you rediscover your strengths.

My approach to therapy

With years of experience practicing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have had the privilege of working closely with LGBTQIA+ populations, helping individuals navigate life’s complexities with empathy and support. My approach is grounded in creating a non-judgmental and affirming space.

What you can expect from me

I currently offer virtual therapy sessions via secure video, as I am working part-time in private practice. I genuinely love connecting with folx in the comfort of their own spaces—whether that includes cozy blankets, favorite coffee mugs, or beloved pets popping in to say hello.
