Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens in spaces where we are able to be open to the full spectrum of our experience. My work is grounded in presence, relationship, and a deep respect for each person’s capacity to heal. As a psychotherapist, I offer a space that is calm, grounded, and deeply present — a space where you can feel, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My relationships with clients are genuine. More than any particular modality, I value the human relationship itself and the possibility of being deeply seen. I am comfortable meeting people in places that often feel difficult to bring into view — grief, longing, fear, uncertainty, shame, tenderness, and love. Together, we create space for greater understanding, healing, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws from psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment theory, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, Reiki, and somatically informed approaches. My professional background includes private practice psychotherapy, outpatient psychiatry, adolescent residential treatment, community mental health, academic support services, and collegiate student development. Throughout my career, I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, relationship challenges, identity development, grief, life transitions, and emotional distress.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from our work together, while also answering any questions you may have. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel confident and understood.
