Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for things to feel different, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care. Licensed in California since 2005, I work with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety or depression, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Solution Focused always tailoring our work to your needs and pace. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, feel supported, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.

What you can expect from me

Who I work with I work with individuals who are ready to explore what’s not working and want support in creating meaningful change. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps and are looking for both understanding and direction.

What to expect Together, we’ll identify your challenges and your goals—where you’d like your life to be in a month, six months, and a year. We’ll talk through options and develop strategies that fit your real life. You can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity and practical “next steps” you can start using right away. Our work is collaborative, with ongoing feedback and shared accountability so therapy continues to feel helpful and relevant to you.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I value spending time outdoors. I enjoy fly fishing, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities that help me stay grounded and present—values I often encourage clients to cultivate in ways that feel meaningful to them.

If you’re looking for a supportive, grounded space to move forward, I’d be glad to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
