Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Armani, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and real. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, emotional regulation, and high stress or crisis-related experiences. My background in crisis and outpatient mental health allows me to help clients feel safe while building practical tools for everyday life. I strive to create a non-judgement space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and centered to each client's needs. I focus on building rapport, practical coping skills, and emotional awareness while meeting the client where they are. Sessions are a balance of support and gentle challenge, helping you gain insight while also working toward meaningful, real-life change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming, judge free space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, current stressors, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once, my priority is helping you feel comfortable, supported, and clear about next steps.
