Why We'll Work Well Together

  • I'm passionate about supporting my community through mental healthcare, and that passion shows up in every session.
  • You'll find a space here that's warm, nonjudgmental, and centered entirely on you, your experiences, your goals, and your growth.

Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition or working through something you've carried for a long time, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way. Let's get started.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life and that no two clients are alike. From our first session, I'll take the time to understand your background, stressors, and beliefs so that every aspect of our work together is tailored specifically to you.

My approach draws on an eclectic, evidence-based toolbox, including:

  • CBT and DBT to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and emotional responses
  • Psychodynamic and Narrative Therapy to build deeper self-insight and heal from the past
  • Mindfulness and Somatic Grounding to help you feel safe and regulated, even when processing vulnerable or difficult experiences

Our work together is both structured and flexible; we'll define clear goals, track your progress, and adjust our approach as you grow. I'm here not just to help you respond differently to life's challenges, but to support lasting, whole-person healing.

What you can expect from me

What You Can Expect

  • A warm, safe, and welcoming space where your comfort comes first because starting therapy with someone new can feel intimidating, whether it's your first time or not.
  • A guided conversation at your own pace, where I'll ask questions to understand how you're struggling, what goals you're hoping to work toward, and the stressors and supports in your life.
  • No pressure to share more than you're ready to, my goal in our first session is to get to know you.
  • A genuine partnership focused on your healing journey, where you always feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
