Great to meet you!

My top priority is making sure we remove the barriers stopping you from living the life you want and deserve. I am stubborn in that I want to keep persistent in making sure you reach your goals. I incorporate mindfulness into much of my practice and will help you build grounding skills and a present centered focus to benefit your life and processing.

I am formally trained in several approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, among others. The bulk of my training has focused on treating trauma and being trauma informed, though I have a special interest area of perinatal mental health, reproduction concerns, and infertility/loss.

My approach to therapy

I love utilizing evidence based approaches, and can utilize a protocol or manualized treatment if appropriate given your goals and presentation. Otherwise, I would approach your treatment from an eclectic and catered approach, utilizing a myriad of strategies and methods.

What you can expect from me

I really want you to have a chance to ask important questions of me regarding my approach and the treatment, and I want to explore what’s most important to you and driving you to be here doing this good work. We will talk about making solid goals to guide treatment, and rooting decisions into your personal values.
