Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Ashlee Holsey. I am a nationally certified, licensed professional counselor as well as a certified nutrition coach. My counseling and therapy services focus on supporting women of color who are ready to thrive as the highest version of themselves. Specifically, I create a safe space for women to process the pains of being a Strong Woman/Superwoman, and I help them learn how to center their spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental health, so they can live the life they deserve.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a relational, cultural approach to help women address the disconnections to self and others that negatively impact the way they show up in the world. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral & Solution Focused Therapy to help clients develop sustainable, healthy habits that will improve their self-concept, holistic health, & sense of liberation.

What you can expect from our first session

The audacious women I serve can expect to be validated, affirmed, celebrated, and cared for. You can also expect to walk away with skills and resources you will use between sessions to support your healing and overall goals for counseling or therapy. Oh, and don't be surprised if we get in some good laughs during our time together:-)
