I work with individuals of all ages to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing. I believe that by learning behavioral skills clients can enhance their capabilities to live the life that they want to live. Our feelings are closely connected to how we perceive situations and if those perceptions are distorted or inaccurate it can lead to feelings of distress including anxiety and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

By using evidenced based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can be explored to achieve more adaptive and accurate perspectives.
