I work to empower your and help you unlock your potential to achieve your goals and live life to the fullest. I view therapy as an equal partnership; we will take this journey together!

My approach to therapy

While we cannot change our pasts, we can absolutely shape our futures to find peace and acceptance. It is always possible to gain more control over our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

I use a combination of mindfulness and dialectical behavioral techniques to help you reduce anxiety, increase self-confidence, and find joy. I ensure that sessions are inclusive, non-judgmental, and validating spaces to help you heal and grow. Our lives are complex and each person is unique, therefore I pay special attention to the intersections of race, religion, culture, and sexuality.
