Great to meet you!

You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. I bring a calm, grounded presence to our work together and take time to truly understand your unique experiences and goals. I believe in the power of self-awareness, connection, and healing, and I’ll meet you where you are...whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change. Therapy with me is collaborative, culturally responsive, and focused on helping you reconnect with your authentic self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, while always honoring your lived experience and cultural background. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and together, we’ll explore what works best for you. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, develop practical tools, and feel more empowered in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away with greater self-awareness, practical tools to manage stress and emotions, and a deeper sense of clarity and confidence. Over time, many clients feel more empowered to set boundaries, improve relationships, and reconnect with their authentic selves. You’ll leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped to move forward with intention.
