Anxiety and Women's Issues

Great to meet you!

Do you desire to feel more empowered, integrated and whole in your life? Life challenges, depression and anxiety can lead us to feel lost or disempowered. My passion is working with highly sensitive people, creative types & those motivated to create a positive shift in their lives. I have over 16 years of experience using supportive techniques to nurture the Mind, Body and Spirit. I use a variety of approaches to help shift into more mindful living.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My relaxed style consists of a holistic approach to facilitate balance, trust, honesty, effective communication and problem solving skills; which ultimately aid in increased insight and awareness. I believe in focusing on strengths that each individual possess and building upon those strengths. The therapeutic process is an unfolding and organic process that can be a powerful source for growth and insight.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you will gain a deeper level of healing and sense of self. This will hopefully allow for a higher understanding of how to live a more empowered and integrated life with more ease and contentment.
