Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life stress. I take a down-to-earth, collaborative approach and focus on creating a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged. My style blends deeper self-understanding with practical tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. I’m especially passionate about helping clients feel less overwhelmed, build self-compassion, and improve their relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each client. I focus on creating a space where you can be honest and feel understood, while also helping you make sense of patterns that might be keeping you stuck. I often blend insight-oriented work with practical strategies, so therapy feels both meaningful and useful in your day-to-day life. I also incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and parts-based work (like Internal Family Systems) to help clients better understand themselves and respond to challenges with more clarity and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, low-pressure conversation where we get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, but you’re always in control of what you share and when. We’ll start to identify what you’d like to get out of therapy and what feels most important to focus on. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and not rushed.
