Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from the University of Central Florida.

I have worked with individuals facing challenges including: PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, autism, sexual trauma, and domestic violence. I have experience in settings from crisis shelters, in-home therapy, to private practice.

It is important to me that you feel comfortable and that I hold space for a healthy therapeutic bond, as this is one of the highest predictors of successful therapy.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be many things and the process is never the same from one person to the next. I genuinely enjoy getting to know new people and adapting to meet the needs of the individual. I am solution-focused in my approach and my goal is to teach you how to love and support yourself, and manage the challenges you face currently and as you move forward in life. I feel laughter reignites parts of ourselves we tend to close off or abandon, so I encourage humor in my work.

What you can expect from me

My aim is to always meet you where you are and help you know that your voice is heard. You'll come away from your first session knowing that you have someone to move through the process of growth and healing at your side, in solidarity.
