Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ashley! As a former athlete and life long runner, I have always been very passionate about women’s health and overall wellness. I was drawn to this work after my own experiences as a young woman and now mother and wife. I truly love working with women of all ages, who are ready to make a positive lifestyle change to physical, mental and emotional health and wellness.

I love spending time with my family and friends, being outside, listening to music, and cheering on my boys sports events.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my clinical experience I have worked with individuals of all ages, with a wide range of challenges, such anxiety, depression, major life changes, trauma, relational conflict, mood management, etc. As I have progressed through my profession, I've become extremely passionate about the overall health of women- physical, mental, and emotional. I believe each of my clients already has the ability to make positive change, but sometimes it takes a professional to help you recognize them.

What you can expect from me

In working alongside me, my clients can expect to find themselves in a very open-minded, empathetic, non-judgmental, and understanding environment. My goal as a therapist is to allow individuals to feel comfortable showing up as they are, while also empowering and assisting them in recognizing the immense potential they have. I use evidence-based techniques to help individuals find effective and healthy ways to navigate and manage difficult circumstances, thoughts, and emotions.
