Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with individuals from diverse walks of life -- helping them to overcome trauma, manage ADHD, anxiety and depression, and improve communication in their relationships. My experiences also include working with children and adults who are a part of the I/DD and LGBTQIA+ communities.

I have received an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Alliance University (Formerly Nyack College ) and a BA in Psychology from The City College of New York.

PLEASE NOTE: I currently only have availability for Thursdays 9am & 10am.

My approach to therapy

Through techniques like Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I collaborate with clients to unlock their inner strength and build a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I believe in empowering each person I work with to find and use their voice, while fostering a safe and supportive space for them to grow, learn, and heal authentically. Therapy can be a very rewarding and necessary experience for many people, and having a positive role in someone's journey to becoming their best self is something that I am very proud to be a part of.
