Great to meet you!

Hi and welcome to my profile :) I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I have practiced as an outpatient therapist for over a decade. I have been in the mental health field since 2011 and have a wide range of experience working with diverse populations. I received my master's degree in social work from West Chester University in 2014. I primarily work with adults, young adults, women navigating life transitions, new and expectant mothers, postpartum clients, caregivers/parents, and individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and adjustment challenges. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, self-esteem, relationship concerns, motherhood identity changes, and emotional overwhelm. I very much look forward to assisting you in achieving your vision of wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood while also gaining tools to create meaningful change. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs and draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Positive Psychology, mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and insight-oriented work.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and build rapport. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, your goals, and any background information that feels important. My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable, supported, heard/understood, and hopeful about next steps.
