Great to meet you!

I am an Independently licensed social worker that has a compassionate, client-centered approach, dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Some specialty areas include anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, using evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and build practical coping skills. Committed to fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is based on the client and their needs. Some of the interventions I am familiar with are CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, trauma, mindfulness, and others. It is important that the client feels safe and comfortable during sessions.
