Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and a proud member of the gender diverse and LGBTQIA+ community, bringing over 15 years of lived experience and more than 8 years of professional experience working with transgender and gender nonconforming individuals. I earned my MSW from the University of Washington Tacoma and specialize in supporting adults navigating the complexities of identity, acceptance, and self-discovery while building resilience in living as our authentic selves.

I offer a safe, affirming space for our community to find connection and authenticity with each other and ourselves. Which may come with challenges related to family or community acceptance. I also work with adults who are struggling to form or maintain healthy relationships—both with themselves and others—focusing on attachment, connection, and emotional growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I draw from modalities such as attachment theory, strengths-based therapy, and mindfulness practices to meet each person where they are. Whether you're exploring your identity, processing past experiences, or seeking deeper connection in your relationships, I strive to create a space that honors your lived experience and empowers your growth. I believe healing happens in relationship—with us, with others, and within supportive, affirming therapeutic connection.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to develop a clearer, more confident sense of who you are. We'll focus on building self-awareness and understanding what really matters to you, so you can feel more grounded in yourself and your choices.
