Great to meet you!

My work centers on helping individuals cultivate emotional safety and build deeper, more meaningful relationships with themselves and with others. I offer a warm, client-centered, and holistic approach to therapy, supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. I believe you are the expert of your own lived experience, and I work collaboratively with you to create a therapeutic space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is compassionate, grounded, and relational, helping you explore thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR trauma therapy to support healing, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop practical coping skills. While integrating somatic therapy to help you better understand how stress, trauma, and emotions show up in the body.

As a Hispanic American, bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, I also bring a culturally responsive and inclusive lens to my work. I understand how culture, family systems, attachment patterns, and lived experiences shape emotional wellbeing and relationships.

What you can expect from me

I support clients in building on their strengths, cultivating resilience, and developing tools for emotional regulation and self-compassion. Whether you are working through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life changes, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with your authentic self.
