A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Panic Control Treatment, and specialized suicide prevention treatment. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for those impacted by trauma. I strive to balance emotional processing while also incorporating concrete skills use to ease emotional distress and reach set goals.
