Great to meet you!

I’m warm and real, but I’ll also call you out when I see you getting in your own way. I believe emotions carry important information, and the goal isn’t to get rid of them. It’s to learn how to sit with them and respond in a new way. My background includes community mental health, school settings, PHP, IOP, short-term residential, and long-term transitional care, which has shaped a direct and collaborative style that’s all about helping you do something differently.

My approach to therapy

I work from an attachment and emotion-focused lens to help clients get a better understanding of the emotional patterns and past experiences that are often driving their reactions. Building trust and connection is key to how I work. Once that foundation is there, we can actually start shifting the stuff that’s been keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapy space that is warm, collaborative, and honest. We’ll work to understand not only what you’re struggling with, but also the patterns underneath it and how past experiences may be shaping your reactions today. We’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, clarify what meaningful change looks like for you, and focus on doing one thing differently, one step at a time, because lasting change happens through consistent action, not just insight.
