Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Ms. Beth, and I’m a retired elementary school teacher. My daughter and I reside in Southern California with our precious cats.

I am authentically a very happy person, spiritually focused, utilizing daily meditation, deep diaphragmatic breathing, manifestation work, and positive thinking.

I believe in the power of choice! In my own life, I utilize a holistic approach that is very powerful! I offer these principles to clients as we collaborate in creating treatment plans and setting goals for their own empowerment!

My approach to therapy

I believe that we all have the skills to make our lives happy. My role is to help you tap into your own special coping skills and guide you to enhance your ability to resolve your challenges.

I believe that when we change the way we THINK, we change the way we FEEL, which will change the way we ACT!! It’s not magic, just a commitment and hard work!

In a warm, friendly, and compassionate unique style, I guide my clients through difficult situations. Setting goals to resolve their challenges, encouraging them to create personal, professional, educational, and enriched lives through effective communication and relationship building.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to experience a safe and secure telehealth environment where we will begin to build a therapeutic bond where we can choose to focus on exploring a variety of personal issues.

Future sessions will continue to foster that bond allowing clients to choose to further process what's standing in their way, such as building positive self-esteem, embracing more effective parenting strategies, creating successful relationships, navigating through grief & loss, tackling educational & motivational concerns, identifying and reducing stress, or whatever issues are at hand.
