Great to meet you!

My desire to re-enroll in school to complete my Bachelors came from the struggles my husband and I faced to find therapy for one of our own children in 2016 at the age of 3. I have a Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in child and adolescent development from Ashford University. I began my career at the affiliate location as an intern August 2020, then graduated August of 2021 with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of the Cumberlands.

My approach to therapy

I work with children and adolescents with various clinical needs including trauma, aggression, and mood disorders, but also has experience with autism, ADHD, and special needs. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, play, art, CBT, and brainspotting.

What you can expect from me

My clients build resilience, learn effective communication skills, and coping strategies. I also work to build the family dynamic.
