Great to meet you!

My work as a provider has focused on learning about my clients by simply listening. This will help us work towards understanding and eventually helping resolve inner conflicts. The work continues with feedback and self-reflection. My experience has been diagnostically and culturally diverse throughout my entire career. I have been an active practitioner for over a decade. I hope to hear from you when you are ready. I am excited to meet you and engage on this journey together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I conceptualize cases through each client's specific identity and the context with which each problem takes place in. My work with clients is interpersonal. My goal is to learn as much as possible from the client to work towards their goal(s).

What you can expect from our first session

The goal of each session is to continue building the therapeutic relationship for the work to take place organically and effectively.
