Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and highly qualified therapist, with more than a decade of experience dedicated to aiding individuals on their path to recovery and overall well-being. My extensive qualifications include certifications in the realm of addiction and mental health counseling, such as LACDC, CCS, and ICADC, in addition to specialized expertise in Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services. I have honed my skills in providing essential support to first responders, including corrections officers, police, and fire/EMS personnel, recognizing the unique challenges they face in their demanding roles.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs. I create a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I integrate techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I specialize in working with individuals facing addiction, mental health challenges, and those navigating life transitions. My focus is on building trust, fostering self-awareness, and empowering clients to develop coping strategies that align with their personal goals. By encouraging open dialogue and providing practical tools, I help clients create meaningful change and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and improved communication skills in a supportive, non-judgmental space. My approach emphasizes empowerment, accountability, and resilience, helping clients develop actionable steps to achieve their goals. By fostering insight and providing tailored resources, I aim to equip clients with the tools they need to navigate challenges
