Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the first step toward a better life! It seems that there are some things in your life, or in the lives of those who are close to you, that are causing you significant stress, otherwise you probably wouldn’t be here researching options for a therapist to talk to. I specialize in anger management, workplace stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parent/child conflict, and substance abuse. I have been helping clients to find "the answers within" for over 20 years.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic focus is on helping you develop coping skills to help you adapt to the life changes we all face daily.

What you can expect from me

You might already have the answers to your current life stressors buried deep within, but you need some assistance bringing them to the surface and finding coping skills to help you deal with those stressors that have made your life feel unbalanced. I would expect you to leave therapy after implementing learned coping skills that will help you effectively deal with current and future stressors as they occur and maintain balance in your life.
