Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Borzu. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Throughout my years and experience in various treatment settings, I've come to specialize in Substance Use, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Severe Mental illness.

My approach to therapy

I can help you reach your true potential. Together we can heal the wounds that keep you feeling stuck, unable to change. We can break bad habits and stop self-defeating life patterns that sabotage progress. We can gain a deeper understanding of self and work through the difficulties of maintaining and building healthy relationships.

I believe the bond we build in the room to be the most important part of our journey together. I see myself as a companion on your journey and view us as two equals working on a problem together. Perhaps most importantly, I have faith in you and your ability to create the life you envision, and I look forward to taking this journey with you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will set out to identify goals for our time together. I like to help set realistic obtainable goals that YOU feel will help improve your overall satisfaction with life.
