Whether you are looking to live a healthier lifestyle, improve your relationships, address psychological symptoms, adjust to life transitions or receive guidance and support, my mission is to provide the help you need to be the best version of yourself. I graduated with my LCSW from Yeshiva University and have post graduate trainings focusing on trauma and addictive/compulsive behaviors.

My approach to therapy

I often use the internal family systems approach to working with my clients. It takes a holistic and humanistic approach to emotional suffering and life’s challenges. I play an active and participatory role in treatment to help you discover and make sense of your current interpersonal and intrapersonal difficulties.

What you can expect from me

I can help with being a source of support and safe space to explore the more difficult and vulnerable parts of your life. After our first session my aim is promote an environment in which you feel encouraged and empowered to take better care of your emotional and physical wellbeing.
