Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and patterns that feel hard to break. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering. Together, we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, and I’ll help you build tools to manage distress, improve relationships, and move toward the life you actually want—not just the one you feel stuck in. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated, or unsure of your next step, I aim to create a space where you can be honest without judgment and challenged in ways that lead to real change.

What you can expect from me

My style is direct but warm. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll engage with you, help you stay accountable to your goals, and meet you where you are. Therapy doesn’t have to be vague or endless; it can be focused, meaningful, and even transformative.

“In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity.” — Albert Einstein

If you’re ready to better understand yourself and make lasting changes, I’d be glad to work with you.
