Great to meet you!

Hi! I have been working along side individuals and families struggling with substance use disorders and other addiction issues since 2015. This is my passion. My own personal recovery journey is what launched me into this field. I have the professional certifications of Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Master Addiction Counselor. It's an honor to get to be a small part of someone's transformation and healing process and to watch them wake up to new experiences!!

My approach to therapy

Honesty, consistency, and accountability seem to be imperative for change and these are things I like to bring into our work. If one is open to it, spirituality and mindfulness is often a major component of our process. I have a significant amount of experience working with sexual trauma, addictions in addition to substances, and complicated grief.

What you can expect from me

One of my primary goals is to make a space for one to eventually feel comfortable enough to look at the parts of themselves and their lives they've struggled to bring to the light and assist them in doing so. As one that is on a similar path of healing and growth, I walk shoulder to shoulder with you on this journey, whatever that may look like. I want to equip you with practical application skills and practices to utilize in between sessions so your daily life is infused with peace and purpose.
