Great to meet you!

Hello and thank you for choosing me!

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Georgia and South Carolina. I received my Bachelor's in psychology from the University of South Alabama and my Master's in social work from Hawaii Pacific University. I am also an Army veteran. I have over 15 years of mental health experience ranging from toddlers to seniors.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is not cookie cuttered. I like to adapt my style depending on my client. I am more conversational base. I like to talk in ways that is relevant to my clients and not from the book. I will push you out of your comfort zone; so that way you can find the best you. I am tough when need be and provide comic relief. My approaches do not match what you see in t.v and movies. You will leave each session with tools to help with any situation you are going through.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to make you leave feeling a little bit better than how you came in. I am not a magician, but with your hard work and my tools we can definitely make some magic. My job is to make you feel comfortable enough to where you forget you are in a therapy session.
