Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself struggling with depression or challenged by low self-esteem? I'm dedicated to creating a space where you feel truly seen and supported. I work with a diverse range of clients, from youth and adolescents to adults, who are navigating life's most difficult challenges. We will work together to replace feelings of struggle with hope and a brighter future. I utilize an approach centered on unconditional positive regard, meaning you are accepted as you are, to help you progress toward your goals & gain a more positive outlook on your life.

My approach to therapy

I typically work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress. I also help youth with self-esteem, social skills, and school-related challenges. My goal is to work collaboratively to overcome these obstacles. We will focus on your strengths, helping you develop the coping skills necessary for lasting emotional wellness and clarity.

What you can expect from me

I use a practical, personalized mix of proven methods designed for quick relief. These tools include goal-focused work (CBT) and techniques centered on building deep, satisfying relationships. If you're ready to overcome your challenges, feel more like yourself again, and build a more positive outlook, I’d be glad to be in your corner!
