Great to meet you!

I’m a first-generation, bilingual (Spanish and English), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) dedicated to supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, and life transitions with a culturally affirming approach. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Sandtray Therapy, which I often integrate into sessions for deeper healing. My practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in honoring each client’s lived experience. I especially enjoy working with fellow first-gen clients navigating identity, boundaries, and generational patterns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—offering support, insight, and evidence-based tools to help you navigate challenges and grow. I integrate EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, and talk therapy to support healing from trauma, anxiety, and stress. My style is warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. I specialize in working with first-generation individuals, survivors of trauma, and those seeking to break generational cycles.

What you can expect from me

Our work together begins with an introductory session where you’ll have the space to share your story and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. We’ll explore your goals collaboratively and begin building a path forward. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel both comfortable and empowered to open up. As we continue, our sessions will be focused on helping you move toward the meaningful changes you want to see in your life.
