Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and a graduate of West Chester University's MSW program (Philadelphia Campus, 2018). I'm trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EFT, CBT, and Narrative principles and practice. I practice from relational, attachment, and rights-based frames, and look forward to connecting with you.

My approach to therapy

I use the frameworks and models mentioned above collaboratively with individuals and couples with the goals of helping you to reflect on your inner strength and take up your power to live fully into the things that are most important to you.

What you can expect from me

I strive to co-create a warm, open-minded, and person-centered space in my work with individuals and couples. One of the most important things to me as a therapist is to reflect with you on ways to navigate challenging situations and experiences using acceptance-based strategies.
