Great to meet you!

I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling, and have been providing mental health services since 2005. Over the years, I have help hundreds of clients navigate and wrestle with intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics to find hope, healing, and connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care, is to create the safest place possible for you to explore and process your pain, fear, guilt, confusion, and uncertainty. I rely on a Humanistic and Existential perspective that is strength based, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed. To aid you on your journey toward successfully meeting your goals, I will utilize interventions within my orientation as well as across orientations such as CBT, Attachment, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Feminist, and Family Systems.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a strength based interactive experience each session that focuses on your most pressing need. Together we will engage in a wholistic exploration to gain insight and develop strategies individually tailored to help you successfully meet your treatment goals.
