Great to meet you!

From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a home where my mother ran a daycare, I was surrounded by families from all walks of life — and I loved learning what made each person unique. Later, when my parents divorced, I experienced firsthand how much care and support families, children, and couples need during life’s hardest transitions. Those experiences shaped my passion for helping clients work through relationships, divorce, chronic illness, and the stressors of daily life. Clients describe me as genuine, approachable, and encouraging.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative and participatory. I love when clients are fully engaged in their own growth. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where we build trust, set meaningful goals, and work toward lasting change together. I focus on progress, healthy mindsets, and the growth that comes from showing up for yourself. I especially enjoy working with young adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, faith and purpose, infertility, or major transitions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brought you to therapy, and make sure the fit feels right. From there, we’ll begin setting goals that reflect your needs and your hopes for the future. I believe therapy works best when it’s a true partnership, and I’ll encourage you to put effort into the process while also supporting you every step of the way. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling supported, motivated, and more confident in the changes you’re working toward.
