Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and doctoral trainee in clinical psychology with a background in outpatient therapy, hospital-based care, and integrated medical settings. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and am currently pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology, which has shaped how I think about mental health as deeply connected to the body, relationships, identity, and lived experience.

I work primarily with adults navigating major life transitions, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth concerns, and relationship challenges. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in patterns shaped by fear, responsibility, or past experiences and are seeking space to better understand themselves while also building practical tools for change.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and thoughtful. I aim to create a space that feels collaborative and human, where you don’t have to perform, have the right words, or have everything figured out to begin.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and supportive therapy, while remaining attentive to attachment, identity, and the impact of past experiences.

I believe therapy works best when there is both emotional safety and gentle challenge. Sessions often involve slowing things down, identifying patterns, building insight, and connecting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also working toward meaningful, practical changes.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I work alongside clients to understand what feels helpful and what feels overwhelming, and we move at a pace that feels sustainable. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you feel more grounded, self-trusting, and better equipped to respond to life with flexibility and compassion.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on understanding what’s bringing you to therapy, your current stressors, and what you’re hoping for. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, without pressure to share everything at once or have a clear plan, and I’ll make space for questions, uncertainty, or mixed feelings about starting therapy.

By the end of the session, my hope is that you feel heard, understood, and a bit more grounded, with a clearer sense of whether working together feels like a good fit and what next steps might look like.
